This part is part of a fishing rod and is an overmolded part, injection molded with nylon + 30% GF and the aluminum part is placed into the plastic during the injection molding process. Why we use this kind of rare material?

• The main purpose is that this material is wear-resistant and not easily scratched.
• High mechanical strength, when you use this kind of material molded, the part is quite hard and strong.
• high fluidity, so can be easily injection molding.
• Compare to PEEK material, it is much cheaper but also can meet the functional requirements.
